Our Standard Leisure Pontoon system is manufactured from galvanised steel with polystyrene flotation blocks encased in glass fibre reinforced skin.

This gives an extremely robust pontoon structure which offers strength and stability even in the most onerous of conditions.

Decking options available are glass fibre reinforced concrete decking panels, timber, timber composite or glass reinforced plastic mesh, and the pontoons can be fendered with hardwood, softwood, plastic or rubber.

Product Features and Benefits

Bespoke Pontoon Design

Frame sizes, width and shapes can be adapted to suit any marina layout and customer requirements. We can also offer skewed and curved layouts.

Marina Layout Design

We work closely with clients to find the right marina layout for each project, taking into account best practice guidance and customer preference.

Galvanised Steel Structure

The frame is manufactured for steel galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461, ensuring strength and longevity. The quality of design and product offers a durable pontoon system, successfully operating in multiple locations for twenty year plus.

Decking

A range of decking options is available, including glassfibre reinforced concrete timber composite and glass reinforced plastic mesh.

Floatation

Our standard float is a polystyrene float with a glass reinforced concrete skin (GRC) which makes the overall pontoon heavier, offering improved stability over plastic floats. Plastic floats are available on request.

Mooring Options

Our standard pontoons can be moored on chain, rope, elasticated mooring systems or piles. The design of all systems takes into account berthing and environmental loads.

Fender Options

Our standard pontoons can be made with rubber, plastic or timber fendering.

Service Options

We can provide ducting or cable tray options for the provision of service runs, and service access lids can be supplied on request.

Side by Side Connections

Our standard pontoons can be made into larger platforms by joining them side by side.

Quality

All our pontoons are manufactured to an ISO 9001 Accredited System.
