We are proud to be supporting the UKHMA’s 31st Annual General Meeting and Members Luncheon, which will take place on Wednesday 12th June 2024 within the Seawork Exhibition at Mayflower Park, Southampton.
As part of our patronage, we will be providing refreshments from 10.30 hrs before the start of the UKHMA (The Harbour Masters’ Association of the United Kingdom, The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) Annual General Meeting, running from 11.00 hrs to 12.00 hrs, followed by a Members Luncheon in the Waterfront Restaurant from 12.30 hrs.
“The UKHMA is delighted to once again have the valued support of Inland & Coastal Marina Systems at the Association’s 31st Annual General Meeting at Seawork in Southampton on Wednesday 12th June,” says Sue Clark, Office Administrator at UK Harbour Masters Association.
The UKHMA is a unique professional body consisting of harbour masters, port marine operations officers, harbour managers, commercial bodies that serve the port sector, and other appropriate personnel and organisations. As Europe’s largest on-water commercial marine and workboat exhibition, Seawork is the ideal venue to host the important event.
We will also be exhibiting on stand B14 at Seawork 2024 to highlight our Get Onboard Safely message and will be on hand throughout the show to talk about our extensive range of access solutions on offer, enabling boats to moor securely and get their crews on and off safely year-round.
In addition, we will also be hosting a talk on Wednesday at 14.30 hrs by Jess Allen from the University of Plymouth on its initiative with Living Seawalls, and how concrete marine infrastructures can be harnessed to create ecologically enhanced coastal systems. Jess will also be available throughout the show to discuss the importance of Living Seawalls for those unable to attend her talk.
If you’re interested in joining the discussion on sustainable Living Seawalls or learning more about safer water access, then visit us on stand B14 in the Main Hall at Seawork (11-13 June 2024).
