We are delighted to announce the recent appointment of James Hart as Project Manager to our Hamble office in Southampton.
With a wealth of experience in marine environments and a strong background in project management and design, James brings a unique skill set to his new role, helping us deliver high-quality marina solutions across the UK.
James completed a marine-focused degree from the University of Plymouth, concentrating on the marine environment and product development. His passion for watersports and the marine sector has guided his professional journey, with career highlights that include serving as Sales Manager for a high-performance yacht rigging company on the south coast and years of project management and design experience within the construction industry, specialising in bespoke solutions across the South East.

As Project Manager, James will be responsible for overseeing ICMS projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, innovation and excellence in every outcome.
