Tourists to the Mid Ulster Area are now able to enjoy the water and tranquil Ballyronan Lough Neagh setting from a different perspective, following the development of unique floating short term residential accommodation.

Working alongside Bluefield Houseboats and main contractor E Quinn for Mid Ulster Council, we designed, built and installed a 43m long by 3m wide walkway and 14m gangway, providing access to the exquisite on water bijou dwellings.
We used our standard leisure pontoons for the walkway, surfaced with grey GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) pontoon decking giving visitors a bright, non-slip, stable and durable entrance to their houseboat.
